Agreement
These Terms govern use of KARU’s account, movement education and programme services. The contracting entity is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME TO BE CONFIRMED]; its legal address and registration number remain to be confirmed before production launch.
Account responsibilities
Keep your password confidential, provide accurate account information, and notify KARU of unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. KARU may suspend access for security, misuse or legal reasons.
Movement guidance
KARU content is educational movement guidance and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Stop activity when it is unsafe or causes concerning symptoms and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. You may request account deletion from settings; termination does not remove records that must be retained by law.
